Nobody likes dealing with pigeon poop when they’re drinking their morning coffee, but few of us have the skills to train a neural network to detect the pooping pigeons and trigger a device that harmlessly shoos them away. In this three-part series, data scientist and writer Tatiana Sennikova explains how she created a “Pigeon Tinder” on a Raspberry Pi to help her train her Pigeon Recognition Model which eventually become an effective Pigeon Avoidance System.
