I’m a little nuts. Sometimes I use my smartphone too much, and get this — I don’t listen to my screen time notifications.
That’s why I admire this post by Maxime Vaillancourt, who tried to turn his phone into a tool, rather than a toy.
“A tool does its job, then gets out of the way,” Vaillancourt writes.
His methods are for Android rather than iOS, which I will use an excuse to not change how I live my life at all.
